What is covered
Our frames are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. The warranty period and cover depend on the brand and are stated on the warranty card in the product box. We stand behind every product we sell.
What is not covered
Breakage and scratches caused by impact, dropping, heat or misuse are not covered.
Free maintenance
We are there for you beyond the warranty too: frame adjustment, screw tightening and cleaning are free in our stores. Come in any time so your glasses sit perfectly.
Spare parts support
Parts such as nose pads, screws and pad arms are replaced quickly in our stores when needed.
