Can I buy prescription lenses online?
No. Under Turkish law 5193, prescription lenses are sold in our stores only. You can pick the frame online and have the lenses fitted in store.
How do I track my order?
Use the Order Tracking page with your invoice number.
Can I collect from a store?
Yes — just choose store pickup during checkout. No delivery fee applies.
Can I see a coloured lens before buying?
Yes. The "Try it on" button on a coloured lens page shows the colour on your own eye through the camera.
Do I need a prescription for contact lenses?
For powered lenses you can upload a photo of your prescription during checkout, or send it afterwards.
