Delivery options
You can receive your order in two ways:
- Home delivery — at checkout pick one of your saved addresses or add a new one.
- Store pickup — collect your order from our store free of charge.
Fee and timing
Home delivery carries a flat fee, and delivery is free for orders above a certain amount. The fee and the free-delivery limit are shown clearly in the cart and in the order summary before you confirm. Store pickup is free. When your order is prepared and handed to the courier you will see its status in order tracking.
Order tracking
Follow your order on the Order Tracking page with your invoice number and phone number. If you have an account, all your orders are listed there.
After delivery
If your glasses do not sit perfectly, come to our stores; frame adjustment, screw tightening and cleaning are free. For products that need prescription lenses, the lenses are fitted in our store.
