Scope
These terms apply to purchases and accounts on everestoptik.com. By using the site or placing an order you accept them. Purchases made in our stores follow the store's own conditions.
Account and sign-in
An account is opened with a one-time code sent to your mobile number; there is no password. You confirm the number is yours and that you can be reached on it, and you are responsible for orders placed under your account. You can also order without an account; tracking then uses your phone number.
Orders and prices
Prices are in Turkish lira and include VAT. The cart total is calculated by our server at the moment of ordering; the amount shown is the binding one. If a product runs out while you order, we inform you and refund your payment. We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error.
Payment
We offer secure online card payment, payment on delivery and bank transfer. Your card details are never stored by us; payment is taken on the payment provider's secure page. Bank-transfer orders are prepared once the amount reaches our account.
Delivery and store pickup
Your order can be shipped to your address or collected from our store. Delivery times and options are described on the Shipping & Delivery page. You are responsible for the accuracy of the address and phone number you give for delivery.
Prescription lenses
Under Law No. 5193, prescription spectacle lenses and prescription contact lenses are sold only at licensed optician premises. The online store sells frames, sunglasses, accessories and non-prescription products; prescription products require a visit to our store.

Referral programme
You give your code to a friend; every order your friend places with your code and that is delivered earns you the discount rate published on the site. Cancelled orders do not count. You cannot use your own code on your own order. We reserve the right to void the earnings of accounts that abuse the programme.
Your personal data
Your phone number is used for sign-in and order notifications, and your address for delivery. Your data is never sold; it is shared only with the courier and the payment provider as needed to fulfil your order.
